La Corte y las Casas Reales resultaron fundamentales en la organizacion politica de las Monarquias modernas. Sin duda, Borgona resulto de especial relevancia en la gestacion de dicho proceso, pues su Casa Ducal adquirio una perfeccion reconocida por
el resto de monarquias del momento. Dicho servicio a la borgonona llego a la Monarquia Hispana a traves de Felipe I, consiguiendo imponerse a las Casas menos desarrolladas de Aragon y Castilla y convirtiendose en la Casa de una Monarquia Universal.r/>El presente libro pretende situar a la Casa de Borgona de los Habsburgo hispanos en el papel nuclear que tuvo en la gestacion de la Monarquia Hispanica. Al mismo tiempo, nos permite ser conscientes de que el estudio de la Historia Moderna no se ha
agotado, ante la necesidad de explicar la historia de las Monarquias modernas europeas a traves del analisis de la Corte y las Casas Reales.
